These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public marketing website at orezcloud.com (the “Site”) operated by OREZ CLOUD (PVT) LTD (“Orez Cloud”, “we”, “us”). The Orez Cloud software product is offered under separate terms; these Terms apply only to the Site.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of others
- Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orez Cloud and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for use of the Site in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) fifty United States dollars (USD 50), except where limitation is prohibited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orez Cloud from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
