Partner Program
Grow your business by selling software that actually works for Sri Lankan businesses.
Join the RealCloud partner network. Whether you're an independent consultant, a POS hardware reseller, or a business solutions provider — there's a partnership model built around what you do.
Who we work with
Individual Consultants & Resellers
Independent business consultants, IT freelancers, and software resellers who work directly with retailers and wholesalers. If you're already talking to businesses about their systems, RealCloud fits naturally into what you do.
POS Hardware Sellers
If you sell POS hardware — barcode scanners, cash drawers, thermal printers, or full counter setups — pairing your hardware with RealCloud gives your customers a complete, ready-to-run solution from day one.
Business Solution Providers
Accounting firms, ERP consultants, and business advisory firms who deploy and support software for SMB clients. Add RealCloud to your service portfolio and deliver more value to the businesses you already serve.
How the partnership works
- Step 01
Apply
Tell us about yourself and what kind of businesses you work with. We'll review your application and get in touch.
- Step 02
We talk
Every partnership is a conversation, not a form submission. We'll discuss how you work, what your customers need, and what a fair deal looks like for both sides.
- Step 03
Agree on terms
We don't have a one-size-fits-all commission structure. Your deal is negotiated based on your partner type, volume expectations, and the nature of your customer relationships.
- Step 04
Start selling
Once agreed, we equip you with demo access, sales materials, and direct support. You bring in clients — we handle onboarding and product support.
Transparent earnings, agreed upfront
We don't publish a fixed commission table because we don't think that works for every partner type. A freelance consultant working with five clients operates very differently from a hardware distributor moving dozens of setups a year — and their deals should reflect that.
Here's what stays consistent across all partnerships:
- You earn an agreed percentage on every sale you bring in
- For subscription revenue, your commission runs for an agreed period — not indefinitely, not cut off after one year
- Terms are documented clearly before you start
- No hidden clawbacks, no surprise policy changes
When you apply, we'll have a straightforward conversation and put the terms in writing. What you agree to is what you get.

What you get as a partner

A product worth selling
The easiest products to sell are the ones that actually solve problems. RealCloud was built specifically for Sri Lankan retail and wholesale businesses — with cheque management, local printer support, proper inventory costing, and double-entry accounting that works without needing an accountant on staff.
When you bring a client onto RealCloud, they stay. That's good for them, and it's good for your reputation.
